Cancellation Policy

Monday-Thursday hourly $30 Friday, Saturday and Sunday Morning 8am-2pm $230 Friday, Saturday and Sunday Evening 4pm-10pm $230 Friday, Saturday and Sunday All Day 8am-10pm $450 *Prices do not include the 25% discount or tax How to book: 1. Confirm your prospective event date is available by calling, emailing or filling out the contact form below.  2. Download the PDF form at the bottom of this page, sign it and email it back to us at help@gatheringplaceonmain.com 3. Deposit is due to hold your event date (pay link is below) 4. Booking rental fee is due 14 days prior to event date. (late booking rentals are accepted-just call us!) 5. Deposit is returned to you after rental inspection. Reservations include WIFI, dining room, tables and chairs, light use of kitchen, Bar area, outdoor sitting area, on-street parking and clean up. Table settings and add-ons are also available. *A $75 deposit is required to secure any reservation. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event. Cancellations or reschedule within 24 hours of booking. Late rentals are accepted (call for availability).
